Why Breathing Matters: Harnessing Your Superpower (Next 2024 5-week Series TBA)

$0.00

Every moment of everyday we are breathing. Thanks to the Autonomic Nervous System, our heart rate, blood pressure, digestion, and respiration are unconsciously keeping us alive each day. The breath is unique because we can consciously change how we are breathing to significantly impact our physical, mental, and emotional health.

This series teaches participants why breath matters, and how to tap into its superpowers for a happier, healthier, more energized, and less stressful life. Each session covers a key breathwork topic combined with learning and experiencing new breathwork techniques.

We just finished 2 series, one online in January and one in-person in March/April. Next dates are TBD.

Happy breathing!
