A bit about me…

I live in Salt Lake City, Utah, where I love yoga, skiing, and hiking with my black lab, Harvey.

My on-going journey towards greater health and wellness includes releasing unhealthy eating patterns and addictions (sugar!), creating a sustainable way of eating (off of the diet train), and engaging yoga, breathwork and meditation to balance my moods, and find greater peace and happiness.

I hold the following certifications: Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy from The Embody Lab, Health and Wellness Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, RYT200-hour Vinyasa/Hatha yoga through Uplifted Yoga, LLC, and Kundalini-Awakening from Gloria Latham, Semperviva Yoga.

I have a 25+ year business development and corporate training career, and now I bring yoga, breathwork, and wellness education to companies and individuals.

I am passionate about sharing simple, sustainable tools for others to live healthfully, peacefully, and joyfully. I hope to connect with you soon!
