I live in Salt Lake City, Utah, where I love yoga, skiing, and hiking with my black lab, Harvey.
My on-going journey towards greater health and wellness includes releasing unhealthy eating patterns and addictions (sugar!), creating a sustainable way of eating (off of the diet train), and engaging yoga, breathwork and meditation to balance my moods, and find greater peace and happiness.
My life experiences around my mind/body health eventually led me to get the following certifications: Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy from The Embody Lab, Health and Wellness Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and Wellcoaches (Dec 2025), RYT200-hour Vinyasa/Hatha yoga through Uplifted Yoga, LLC, and Kundalini-Awakening from Gloria Latham, Semperviva Yoga. I'm happiest when I'm reading, taking classes, and learning about breathwork, nervous system regulation, methods for exploring and integrating the mind/body connection.
I have a 25+ year business development and corporate training career, and now I bring yoga, breathwork, and wellness education to companies and individuals.
I am passionate about sharing simple, sustainable tools for others to live healthfully, peacefully, and joyfully. I hope to connect with you soon!
