I’m a wellness coach and yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness teacher who helps people make small, meaningful changes that lead to real, lasting transformation.
With a background in corporate training and a deep personal foundation - based on my personal wellness journey - in intuitive movement, nourishing nutrition, authentic living, and nervous system regulation, I support individuals and organizations in building more energy, clarity, resilience, and joy in everyday life.
